Lea Reinhold, LCSW-R, SEP, BCC specializes in the treatment of healing trauma, depression and anxiety symptoms. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Lea has extensive experience working with a variety of mental health symptoms and diagnoses in both community mental health programs, ER/Crisis department as well as her private practice. 

Lea is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and Assistant at Somatic Experiencing® Trauma trainings in New York City. Her work and approach integrate embodiment practices, cultivating awareness of the body and its sensations, with a mind-body focus designed to guide and support the restoration of balance within the body and nervous system.

Lea is also trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, and psychedelic integration, with a comprehensive, multi-modal toolkit that draws from a variety of techniques and approaches.
